Brown Toy Box Promo Codes for September 2026

Great kit, decent delivery time

I ordered the Marine Biology Kit for my 8-year-old a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no real hiccups there. It shipped out pretty quickly, but then took about 7 business days to reach us here in upstate New York, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not terrible. Everything inside the box was well-packaged and intact. My daughter loved the activities; the instructions were clear enough for her to do most of it herself, which was a big plus. We even had a small missing piece for one of the experiments, and customer support was responsive when I emailed them, sending a replacement out within a few days. The quality of the materials seems good for a kids' kit.

Good product, minor shipping delay

I bought the Chemistry Kit for my son's birthday. The product itself is great; it's well-designed and the experiments are engaging. He's really enjoying it. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, almost 9 days to get to California, which meant it arrived a day after his actual birthday. It wasn't a huge deal, but I had ordered it with plenty of time, so that was a slight disappointment. Everything was packed securely though, no damage to the box or contents. Customer service was okay when I inquired about the delay, they just said there were regional carrier delays. Overall, a solid product, just plan for a little extra time on delivery.

Fun activity books

I grabbed a couple of the activity books and a coloring book for my niece. They're pretty cool, honestly. The designs are really thoughtful, not just the usual stuff you see everywhere. Shipping was fine, nothing crazy, arrived when they said it would. My niece was super into them, especially the one with the different careers. It felt good supporting a company that's putting out stuff like this. Definitely a good buy.

Good puzzles for kids

Got an inclusive puzzle. My kid liked it. Shipped fast. Good quality. Would buy more.

Reliable and consistent

This was my third order from Brown Toy Box, this time I got the Robotics Kit. Every time I've ordered, the experience has been pretty consistent. The website is easy to navigate, and the checkout process is smooth. Shipping usually takes about a week to my place in Texas, and this order was no different. The kits are always well-made, and this robotics one seems just as sturdy as the engineering set I got last year. My son always enjoys these; it's why I keep coming back.
